W przyszłym roku zwiększy się koszt życia w Wyszkowie. Nie tylko dwukrotnie wzrosną ceny za odbiór odpadów komunalnych, ale planowana jest również zmiana stawek podatków i opłat lokalnych. Ostateczną decyzję w tej sprawie podejmą radni miejscy na najbliższej sesji.
Od 2020 roku gmina Wyszków poniesie dużo wyższe koszty związane z odbiorem i zagospodarowaniem odpadów komunalnych. W związku z tym, że zgodnie z prawem samorząd nie może dokładać do odbiorów oznacza to wzrost kosztów dla mieszkańców. Podwyżka wynika z rozstrzygniętych przetargów. Jeden z nich dotyczy odbioru z poszczególnych sektorów, co wyniesie ponad 8 mln złotych. Drugi element to koszty funkcjonowania Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych – tu przetarg został rozstrzygnięty z kwotą 2,5 mln. W tym roku za PSZOK gmina płaci niecałe pół miliona złotych, zatem cena wzrosła pięciokrotnie. Do tego należy dodać koszt obsługi punktu przez trzech pracowników, ale też minimalne koszty związane z ewentualnym zakupem drobnych materiałów, tj. 5 tys. zł na rok i usługę ważenia pojazdów. Łącznie daje to prawie 11 mln zł. Kwota ta została podzielona przez liczbę mieszkańców widniejących w systemie. Z obliczeń wynika, że za odbiór śmieci segregowanych mieszkańcy gminy zamiast 12,50 zł za osobę zapłacą 25,90 zł. Za śmieci zmieszane zaś cena wzrośnie z 25 zł na 51,80 zł za osobę – Patrzyliśmy na stawki w innych miastach i np. w Markach za śmieci segregowane płaci się 32 zł, w Łomiankach 33,80 zł, w Górze Kalwarii 33,80 zł, a w Legionowie 28 zł. Widzimy, że na rynku ta tendencja w zakresie kosztów odbioru odpadów rośnie, no i niestety to pociąga za sobą wzrost stawek – podaje skarbnik gminy Dariusz Korczakowski. Mieszkańcy liczyli się z tymi zmianami:

Z kolei mieszkaniec bloków z udziałem w gruncie 100 m kw. mający mieszkanie o pow. 55 m kw. – tutaj koszt wzrośnie 7,20 zł na rok. Przedsiębiorca z 2 tys. m kw. gruntu związanego z działalnością oraz budynkiem związanym z działalnością o pow. 200 m kw. zapłaci niecałe 500 rocznie lub 120 zł na kwartał. Tym samym budżet gminy wzrośnie o prawie 2 mln złotych – Mamy nadzieję, że mieszkańcy wybaczą nam i zrozumieją, że te pieniądze są potrzebne, żeby utrzymać tą jakość usług, do której ich przyzwyczailiśmy.
